This will be the last newsletter of the year, as I plan to spend the next few weekends with family and enjoying some much needed time off the grid.
Recent Wins
DEC was biggest month ever! More to talk about in the main section. But damn California! That was crazy. We were up 16% mo/mo which is wild!
Packaging Arrived. We received the first round of the new packaging last week and we’re so excited! It looks like we have a few more weeks of the old packaging but late JAN we’ll be making the first batches in the new packages! Stay tuned y’all! Early February here we come
How is it already 2026?
I’m weirdly fired up about this year. Not in a “new me” way.
More like a “same us, but sharper” way.

That’s how many Dealers we reached last year. Still kind of blows my mind.
We learned a ton last year: what’s working, what’s not, what people actually want, and how fast things can move when the whole crew is pushing.
This year we’re taking that momentum and turning it into something we can repeat on purpose. More consistency, more wins we can sustain, and way fewer “how are we out again??” moments.
So cheers to the Dealers, the budtenders, the friends who put someone on, and the folks who’ve been quietly holding it down. Let’s go make 2026 loud.
The 2026 game plan (more or less)
More doors. More people finding Halára for the first time.
New States. What up New York and [insert 2 more super secret states]
Less chaos. (Or at least: chaos, but organized.)
Stay stocked. Our Debbie deserves a peaceful year.
Keep it quality. If it’s not special, it’s not Halára.
More community. Pop-ups, hellos, and random “wait you read this email?!” moments.
If you see us in the wild this year, say what’s up. We’re building this with you, not at you.
California went crazy last month. Whoever was out there talking to shops thank you. We were up 16% MoM, which is wild.
Downside: we triggered the Great Restock Panic of 2026. Debbie and the team are sprinting to fill shelves.
So if your shop is looking thin… savor those last drops of Halára.
Aprés Halára?
Went skiing last week with friends. Heads up if you’re skiing or snowboarding next weekend at Palisades or Heavenly—shoot me a line.
We’ll be back up there and I’ll have a backpack full of Halára to pass out to the lifties on the mountain. To the lifties reading this email… look for the guy in bright orange pants and a trail of smoke.

Jellyfish sleep like us! Jellyfish and sea anemones' sleep patterns are remarkably similar to humans', according to a study published yesterday. How cool is that?
Washington Cannabis Price War? I’m not going to say why we’re interested in Washington State… you’ll have to wait until next month to learn that. But this was an interesting article on the struggles of that state.
