Quick one up top, because this is the last week I get to say it.
The crewneck pre-order closes Sunday, and the order goes in to the factory Monday morning. Whatever's been ordered by then is what gets made, which is about as literal as a deadline gets.
You've heard me tell the Humboldt story already, so I'll keep it short: the first day I wore this thing out, twenty-two people asked me where to buy it, and I stopped counting after that. That's the entire reason this exists. It wasn't a business plan.

Strain Spotlight
Strawberry Stray just hit California shelves, and it's our fourth charity release, this one benefiting the Animal Humane Society.
Strawberry Stray, High THC
It's a sativa running 90%+ TAC, heavy on limonene with myrcene and caryophyllene underneath, and it tastes like ripe strawberry front to back without going candy-sweet on you. The lift is bright and energetic rather than racy, which makes it a daytime cart more than an evening one.
One thing worth flagging before you go looking: this one is a 510 cartridge only, no all-in-one, so you'll want a battery for it. Same oil and the same hardware standards as the rest of the High THC line, which is the part I'd defend hardest, since a cart that dies with oil still in it costs you more than the pricier one you'd have finished.
Every purchase sends money to the Humane Society. That's the whole mechanic, no matching-fund asterisks.
Dealers Choice
This one came in through the survey a while back and I've been sitting on it, from a Dealer down in San Diego:
"I live in San Diego. Your cartridges (particularly the lava berries and purple daddy) are the ONLY cartridges I will buy. In fact, I have to search so many dispensaries in order to find them! They are always sold out! I refuse to buy any other brands because for some reason, yours is the best!! it appears that you guys have changed the packaging a little bit you used to have nicer packaging, but I don't really care about the packaging as long as the product and the hardware is good!! Which it is! Please don't stop what you're doing! I recommend you to everyone I know!"
Straight off the survey, packaging jab and all
I'm including the packaging jab on purpose, because she's not entirely wrong and we've heard it more than once. But "I have to search so many dispensaries and they're always sold out" is the compliment I'd least like to keep earning. Working on it.

San Francisco legalized cannabis cafés: Mayor Lurie signed the ordinance on July 23 after the Board passed it 7 to 4, and it takes effect August 23. Qualified shops can serve food, nonalcoholic drinks, and live entertainment alongside on-site consumption (no alcohol, nothing leaves the premises). For the first year only existing SF retailers can apply, which after the last few years this market has had feels like the right call. The details.
Where a chunk of your weed tax actually went: The CHP just handed out more than $41 million in Prop 64 cannabis tax revenue across 183 agencies, split between impaired-driving enforcement, drug recognition training, forensic toxicology labs, and public education. Whatever you make of the allocation, it's an unusually specific answer to a question people ask me constantly. Straight from CHP.
